My Story

Along with every other article you read about losing weight, I really thought I had tried everything.

As many fitness and health books I've read, I've known exactly what it takes, but at the same time I've really felt like the next fitness book I picked up would have the magic pill in it . Unfortunately magic pills aren't the answer. Hard work, consistent exercise, and eating healthy is the only solution for long term fitness and health.........Thirty pounds above my comfort zone, I reached that desperate point.

I logged on the internet determined to find someone to help me. When I pulled up personal trainers, I found King Fitness. Something told me this was the one to read. After reading every testimonial and every history of all the trainers, I knew this was for me. I started out with the 12 week program. I did everything that I was told to do every single day for 12 weeks. That meant eating healthy and working out consistently six days a week, and staying in close touch with my coach. Towards the end of the program I realized I wanted more, and continued with the six-month program. The results were exactly what I had imagined and more. I just needed someone there to push me hard enough and not except any excuses otherwise.....Thirty pounds and thirty inches later I'm back in my size 6.

I no longer own a size 14 nor will I ever let myself get that big again. I can't thank David King enough for what he has helped me accomplish. Not only is he an awesome coach, but a very dear friend
