Why is it so hard to find a solid, uncomplicated workout online?

Why do we have to watch 15 minutes of video to decyfer the routine? 


Even the mighty Google cannot seem to find solutions to these basic requests. 


So now you can get an exciting workout every day via text or email along with a video from me for inspiration.

The workout and video will arrive via email by 10pm (Central time) the day before you will perform it.

Emphasize the concept of mind to muscle training. Use excellent form and focus through fatigue at all times. 

Warm-Up 10 min (Walk Uphill, Dave's Drills, Jump Rope, etc..)

Reps 25-20-15-10-5 of: 

Shoulder Press, Bicep Curl, Triceps Kickback

Then....

400 meters x 5 (2 min rest) 

Cool Down and Stretch
