My Story

Training with David King is a great experience.

His motivating method had me habit changing even before I made the decision to go for it! Coach Dave is a professional who leads by example and truly cares about the success of his clients. I have to admit that I was skeptical about diet until he assured me that creating a caloric deficit was a proven scientific method. It has been an amazing experience to measure my success daily by calorie budget, instead of by the pound. I did the deal, and as promised, my extra weight has melted away week after week! With minimal planning and simplified food intake, fueling my body has never felt easier!

Setting fitness goals with Coach King has been the best part! I am amazed with what he has helped me to accomplish in our workouts. It is such fun. With his high level of expertise and knowledge, Dave understands my personal limitations and helps me to grow in confidence. He prepares me for advancement by unlocking the physical potential of each workout day. I love developing new skill sets while strengthening and conditioning my body. I am looking fabulous.
