My Story
I hated dieting. I hated gyms. I hated working out.
But over the years I had become a gelatinous mess and realized that I would eventually have to do something about it. I had been a thin person until I hit 35 and I didn't feel good looking at this flabby new me every time I looked in the mirror.
To me, this in-home thing seemed a perfect way to get back to my normal self without the humiliation of a gym.
I have to say, I really enjoyed this transformation process with Dave. From the beginning, he was understanding of my limitations, yet pushed me every day to my fullest potential.
Once my body began transforming, it really became addicting. I found myself finding ways to squeeze in extra exercise here and there between sessions. I would strap on my heart monitor while working in the garden and found I could really burn of calories just in the garden. Dog needs walking? Hey, let's go!
The interesting thing, now that I'm finished with the process, is how I enjoy my diet and how much I love working out. Even the gym! I'm one of the fitter people there.
